I also submit my application there last 2 days. At that time They still accept bumi apllication..

Hi, may I ask who are we are registering with at Wangsa Walk? Are we registering with the developer or the agent at the booth? Need the RM 15K cheque?

Yes, I called DBKL to ask whether we can still apply because in the RUMAWIP website it is closed. The officer said cannot apply anymore for this project because the portal is already closed and they will only processed those received via the portal. So how is DBKL going to process those applications that are given to the agent? Thank you. :confused:

Meaning today if I go to Wangsa Walk I will be registering with the agent at the booth and I must have the RM 15k? Is there anyone who has registered with the agent without the RM 15K? Is it no point going to Wangsa Walk today to register because the agent will not register for me without the RM15k? Thank you.

I guess perhaps many people didn't fit those criteria. Not going to try/ not interested then habis cerita.
My friend told me this after he saw it in fb, he's non bumi though.

I am non bumi and want to apply. But the application is closed at the website. So now I am not sure where to submit. Also worried about the RM 15k because there is a disclaimer in RUMAWIP saying that DBKL did not appoint any agent at all to collect the RM15k. RM15k  is a lot of money, ya. Anybody knows whether the developer KS is opened today? I tried calling just now but no one picks up the phone. If the developer accepts, I will go there directly instead of running around. Thank you everyone. I managed to speak to AK. Yes, AK has appointed some agents and those agents are not appointed by DBKL.

This agency refer to department under Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan (KWP) not real estate agency like chester or what

submit through DBKL no need cheque.
submit through agent need 15k cheque.

so which is the better route? and at the same time ensure you will be allocated a unit if qualified.
