here's what seems to be the catch

those who have the money to pay 15k in advance have higher chances to ballot for the unit..
those who don't have that 15k, applies thru the rumawip and submit to DBKL, will just have to wait for answer... god knows how long

u see. the term... cannot be rented out...but there's also a clause " unless given permission by DBKL"
well.. who do you think gets the benefit of "permission" =P

cos i found from a mutual friend that she went for submission at DBKL back in March for another rumawip, submitted surat akuan without any signature from commissioner of oath, plus she gave a 5% cheque to an agent at DBKL last time... she managed to get a unit

yeah.. that's what i'm wondering too... she got pandanmas unit... she said she paid 5% of DP to an dev agent based at DBKL office last time..

i'm not sure if now still the case where there's dev agent at DBKL or not...

i haven't got to submit my documents yet due to work... mehhh

very likely.. cos RUMAWIP application is supposed be assessed and approved by KWP themselves...
not by having agents from developer to take deposits or booking fees to secure a "chance"

but we don't know if someone from developer for "longkang besar" with ppl inside KWP to secure those units or not..

i'm going to DBKL later to submit documents... btw.. do they have any commissioner of oath in the building or nearby ? i misplaced my signed surat akuan... need to redo another one.

nahh.. no rumawip staff around... the lobby there punya ppl say they dunno anything... as per agent.. submissiob is off the roof dy..actual unit for non-bumi is 100++ units only.. evem if its for non bumi.. bumi also can take these units... so much for affordable housing for malaysians... but still priority given to bumi also =.=

true also laa.. from my observation.. people who paid 15k os allowed to jump queue.. those who didnt pay will submit last..
thats the pros and cons of submitting to agents.

i'll try submitting tomorrow morning.. if still no staff around then i'll give up for rumawip dy.. cos this wangsamas is the best i can see.. especially i dont own a car.. all others hard to go to work without public transport
