Yeap not applying thru agent. Still trying to reach them. They have yet to reply my email n it's really hard to reach them via phone.

Commuting daily to work from wangsamaju to 1utama and back.
Just imagine your time and money spend traveling... worth? I wouldn't if i were you.

I thought puchong go 1u manyak dekat based on my impression, and wm manyak jam especially the bulatan pahanh along side G.Klang.

hi, would like to know, i heard people mentioned after 10 years when want to sell rumawip, DBKL has set a rule there is a maximum price to sell, and rumawip owner cannot sell on beyond that price. is that true? i cant find this in SPA.

Anyone know about this?

Haven apply yet. Still considering which is better. Since we only have like 3/5 chances?

Many nice rumawip reopen now, and those projects will be "sold out again" very soon.
