yes. i paid already 15k... they say still in waiting list status. i afraid if too long wait, may need to use the 15k many for other use.

if nothing happened within 6 months, u can claim back ur cheque..but if u paid cash..not sure

Until everything is done then I think the developer only will start canceling which who are loan reject or....?... And then only the waiting list can move on..? maybe.. Need a lot of patience or give up.? 😅

Understand if apply rumahwip through aset kayamas need to pay 15k booking
And developer will bank in the money
Do u guys receive any black and white that developer will refund if loan reject or not qualify?
How confident this developer will refund or anyone successfully get back refund ?
I just applied another rumahwip under them but I'm not confident to pass 15k to them without any black and white
