Build so much mall for what? The market how can absorb, wtf.
Eg parxdigm, "cold" mall. Mostly can't cover rental... same on quill city mall. But most Aeon mall do good, budget stuff, groceries cheap, pharmacy and foods. Their planning is very well.

Btw what's Pavilion bb? They really want to build so much "Pavilion" ?? For what?? Quantity doesn't means quality.

Build some park or green zone area la, travellers come here to visit all identical malls??? Memang boleh.

Infact we are Malaysian and we love to spend our time at shopping mall during the weekends,so the business man build more mall to make more money lo.however,whenever I go Pavilion etc only see local window shopping only and foreigner keep buying.
Pavxxx 2 I dont think it would out perform lo.no sign or attraction for foreigner go so far away to shop.1U is a good example lo,local people mall.

I love to go shopping but only window shopping and grab some food,I only buy stuff when I really need it.I cant imagine whats the situation when all the Pavilxxon 2,3,4 or Paradxxn 2,3,4 or Berjxxx Txxes Sxuaxx 2 and some other shopping malls completed.gonna be haunted.This is because the Empxrx Cxtx at Damansara Pxrdxnx and M3 at Melxwxti has delayed the opening from 2016 to 2017 or even later.

Yeah 1 of my friend submit directly to DBKL. No need to pay 15k. and he said got better chances to secure unit compared to submit to AK because DBKL will approve the application not AK.
