My bad, i was confused.. i mean pay booking 15k then the remaining balance 4k during sign SnP.
Stamp duty freef or 1st time buyer only and if proceed within this year you still need to pay unless can drag until 2017

KL people banyak high class so build more premium shopping mall lo.I still in doubt of the demand even we can see a significant drop of sales in shopping malls now and with the upcoming numbers of malls products selling are all the same.
