Launching price for PV17 was 460k,three bedders,size 1200sq ft if not mistaken forgot aldy too long ago.price not sure yet,havent go dig it out yet.but pv20 commanding 550k for 1333sq ft.lol

The rumawip has no restriction on distribution but the one opened to public is 30:70 bumi:non bumi
Loan rejected unit hehe.yea,there are some unsold 1003 sq ft Casa Green I found last few months,but bumi lot.

casa green sales sure is selling like hot cakes. Most of the buyer said that non-bumi units kena sapu in just few days. somemore the developer didnt make any advertisement to push sales at all + they didnt appoint any agent for it as well. sure is bbb

Prime area in kl 550k = 1k space only?

that could be 1 of the reason. because bukit jalil housing price is always not cheap as we all know except for the ppr or flat located there then suddenly come out 1 project with 300k for rumahwip and 430k to be open to public.now suddenly come out jalilmas 198k at bukit jalil too beside The Havre which means it is just a few mins walking distance to pavilion 2. some may regret and some may not. at the end its all depends on the buyer requirement

yup and you are correct about the selling point. most of the agent will tell the buyer that it is just walking distance to pavilion 2 or nearby the train station.

definitely more than 15000 cars. havent count in husband and wife each got 1 car. assume that 1 condo got 3 rooms and all rented to 3 different tenant and each tenant got 1 car as well XD

Traffic might be very congested, any re-plan on the present roads? Or just let it be, "free development"?

The train station passenger is not much as the Kelana Jaya line LRT.I have been observed it for few times,even peak hours the people coming down from Muhhibah or Awan Besar still so much less than KJ line.in fact Pavilion 2 would not as good as the Pavilion in Bukit Bintang where the tourist and local go shopping there.Pavilion 2 high end mall for BJ or surrounding local?somemore there is another Paradigm 2 at BJ.try look at Paradigm PJ and see how its doing

Ya.but no point to get 1k plus unit size which only have three bedrooms while other smaller unit 800sq ft can have three bedrooms and balcony as well.small unit cheaper maintenance fees and easy to keep up

Larger unit more comfortable, also lead to lower density for sure.

Wife also like large kitchen so she can cook like Madam Kwan for hubby.

time will tell as we reach end of 2018 or mid 2019. that time we shall know whether pavilion 2 and the paradigm 2 is really successful or not. i heard some of them said that the pavilion 2 is gonna start operating in between august 2018 and october 2018. hope everything goes smoothly XD
