I've seen the pictures of pandanmas, I would say it's on par level with those parkhill residence. For 300k, it's very well ad. Imo, own stay persons shd considered to buy 1 more cp for rm18k. That's why... normal condo still has their selling point (2 basic cp, some plus 1 more that free or selling in special price) ffacilities wise, normal condo is different level. Seeing some post those condo owners bash gao gao affordable housing projects... I feel this way too... after selection, no new projects might coming and ceased. Reason I don't want mention lo.. dangerous.
