Calculate based on SnP date not vacant possesion date which mean if we manage to sign SnP before end of this year, can sell it in 2026

very likely.. cos RUMAWIP application is supposed be assessed and approved by KWP themselves...
not by having agents from developer to take deposits or booking fees to secure a "chance"

but we don't know if someone from developer for "longkang besar" with ppl inside KWP to secure those units or not.. mega_shok.gif

Yup they are authorized agents some from chester some from other agencies. The thing is maybe many go n complaint to dbkl regarding the 15k booking to 'secure' the unit. That's y dbkl have to release such reminder in their website

Yup true that 15k deposit considered ur advanced deposit. Sadly many people thought that 15k some kind of undertable money especilaly in fb comment.
They forgot after application approved they still need to prepare 15k booking.

I was thinking the same when my friend suggested to me (wip) 1 year ago, after they got and I understood this money is part of dp.. but it's really make ppl confusing why they need to pay 15k since every (out of govt) required a little bit of money as a booking fees only.

Paying RM15K as booking not necessarily mean you will secure a unit. Because all application approval will go through tapisan DBKL.

This is what everyone wandering and questioning. Why need to pay RM15K for something that is not 100% confirm.
If I confirm can get a unit, I dont mind paying straight the 10% downpayment.

The snp stated after 10 years also need to get dbkl approval to sell it.

Please seriously consider there would be restrictions to selling the house after 10 years. Many govt low cost housing project doesn't allow owner to subsales to individual with certain income level or above.
