That's why... normal condo still has their selling point (2 basic cp, some plus 1 more that free or selling in special price) ffacilities wise, normal condo is different level.

Seeing some post those condo owners bash gao gao affordable housing projects...

I feel this way too... after selection, no new projects might coming and ceased. Reason I don't want mention lo.. dangerous.

for those who complained on everything... i wish them all the best in getting their own home to stay... when u have shelter over your head.. should have bersyukur la... i rmb some even mentioned rumah mampu milik should be half of 300k....

Tbh, rental market dropped because of economy downturn since gst implemented... now is buyer's market because of over supplying by developer, over supplying because of previous over demanding due to speculation.

In short, speculation is mother of evil.

actually is not over supplying... considering that all the RUMAWIP always fully booked even though only restricted to first house buyers... just that mostly cant afford to buy a 500k condo.... hence seems like supply more than demand... if the developer drop their price to 300k.. u see all BBB mode already...

Why don't you ask those staff (any of dbkl) directly? No one there?

nahh.. no rumawip staff around... the lobby there punya ppl say they dunno anything...  as per agent..  submissiob is off the roof dy..actual unit for non-bumi is 100++ units only.. evem if its for non bumi.. bumi also can take these units...    so much for affordable housing for malaysians... but still priority given to bumi also =.=

Got 1 thing need to do online, register as pemohon rumawip (in their rumawip website) and fill everything then print out the form (last step).

Takper bro, try desamas jer.. (if can't submit today) keep your well prepared documents, and go to submit desamas once launched??

Those agents also cerita manyakx2 no use, you just submit as u wanted to. No need hear them blow so much water, waste time.

true also laa..  from my observation.. people who paid 15k os allowed to jump queue.. those who didnt pay will submit last..
thats the pros and cons of submitting to agents.

i'll try submitting tomorrow morning..  if still no staff around then i'll give up for rumawip dy.. cos this wangsamas is the best i can see.. especially i dont own a car.. all others hard to go to work without public transport

i'm going to DBKL later to submit documents...  btw.. do they have any commissioner of oath in the building or nearby ? i misplaced my signed surat akuan... need to redo another one.
