No official receipt. Only received a photostated copy of the cheque, stamped with their company's name.

Guys, can anyone confirm whether household income must not exceed 8K or 10K?
Now got confused in Rumawip stated single income max 10K and married 15K but some agents told me this project max income 8K for married applicant

the last i rmb was 10k to 15k depend on your status... never heard of 8k wor...

For single gross income cant exceed 10k, couple max 15k

Okay just clarified back with the agent. Single-8K Married 10K. This one different with in Rumawip website because price below 250K. Those who earn 10K single or 15K Married, only can apply project with the price 300K

was there any of the developer's agent there ?

cos i found from a mutual friend that she went for submission at DBKL back in March for another rumawip, submitted surat akuan without any signature from commissioner of oath, plus she gave a 5% cheque to an agent at DBKL last time... she managed to get a unit

yeah.. that's what i'm wondering too... she got pandanmas unit... she said she paid 5% of DP to an dev agent based at DBKL office last time..

yes... you only wait for the approval for DBKL first... only you go and book for the condo... but previously if you go by this way... you might miss the chance to be the earlier one to join the ballot... u will be put in the waiting list compare to those who booked with 5% from the start...
