i think RUMAWIP mainly will be built under Aset Kayamas... any other developer build it should be under other affordable housing title....

this developer so far... no project VP yet... dunno can pakai anot... but affordable housing... gt DBKL backing... cash flow wise should be ok one... project should be can complete... but quality those tak tau la... no one know yet...

tak ada... my first house quota gone liao... hahaha... my fren bought another one previously at kampung pandan.... seems ok... if the community is unite enough... i think can be done... unless its a cheap flat without any facility... i think rent out to a decent middle income family also not bad... since your monthly installment around 1200-1300 only... with 3 rooms and facilities...

yeah... memang cannot rent it out... after 10 years if u can sell u can also rent it out already... and AK have so many affordable housing projects... who is going to control who is the own stay or tenant stay? if your tenant is behaving well... nobody gonna check... bear in mind most of the projects are super high density... haha... PRIMA house also have the same clause... i dont think the authorities can really check all....

yes... you only wait for the approval for DBKL first... only you go and book for the condo... but previously if you go by this way... you might miss the chance to be the earlier one to join the ballot... u will be put in the waiting list compare to those who booked with 5% from the start...

Seeing some post those condo owners bash gao gao affordable housing projects...

I feel this way too... after selection, no new projects might coming and ceased. Reason I don't want mention lo.. dangerous.

Tbh, rental market dropped because of economy downturn since gst implemented... now is buyer's market because of over supplying by developer, over supplying because of previous over demanding due to speculation.

actually is not over supplying... considering that all the RUMAWIP always fully booked even though only restricted to first house buyers... just that mostly cant afford to buy a 500k condo.... hence seems like supply more than demand... if the developer drop their price to 300k.. u see all BBB mode already...

in my friend case... he submitted 15k and all documents to the agent... once done getting approval from dbkl.. he will be in the priority list... i mean if you really wan this location... you have to try to use the 15k to book your priority spot first la... after all... sure gt loan rejected one... u need to pay the full downpayment amount eventually anyway if succeeded...
