No news from Samsung unit but I just received the following email from Senheng for my Senheng Units.

just to share samsung called me 5mins ago regarding the replacement. Fyi i didnt make call to them or livechat and still i receive phone call, they r calling all the preorder buyers. thumbs up.
is common many wan jump ship, probably they r not into note features & spen anyway, whats not better than new replacement and some compensation, maybe they change phone often anyway. i think we can skip here till the replacement done. long weekend holidays is coming |

just got the call from Samsung on the exchange. asked for the screen crack warranty and stuff. she doesn't seems to know it.

This people are Samsung vendor i.e the outlet you collected the phone. They dont have the information about special cases like screen protection purchased. That update will come from Samsung directly and maybe we need to deal with Samsung service center on that. |
