Hi everyone, Looking at the sold units during the launch date just make me wonder why the pattern of choosing the units is more toward the community hall rather than the other side. Any opinion on this?? Why the other side ignored by the buyers?

Thnx sir for your response. Just afraid that they trying to avoid something which i didnt notice. dry.gif Not good in this.. This house is for own stayed so im a bit concerned bout the decision i made.. dry.gif

Actually i got good queue number below 50.. But couldnt make up my mind whether Avenham type C or Graham.. End up i choose Graham which i regretted my decision..haha.. My unit toward the right side (near to the empty land for future development) and people all gather at the left side which closer to the community hall.. I always thinks it will be noisy in the future so i choose differently but seem like Im the only one with that kind of thought..Lol

I think your Graham type C is it will be near to the future apartment development there?

I think most peoples are preferred near to the central park, instead of community halls, as due to it is within shorter walking distance compare to the right corner side I assume...

due to individual preference actually... the future development is the uncertainty here... if there are apartment thr... then it will be same crowded as the other side... ppl look for something that is more secured maybe... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

If I manage to get such good queue no, definitely sure go for Avenham type C.
As you can see on EG master plan, right side of Graham is school, community center and mini stadium.

haha... but future development is up to the decision of developer... they can change anything they want... they didn't sign any agreement on the masterplan... hence the uncertainty there...

true agreed as well... for now... dinner mostly can only eat halal stuffs nearby saujana utama and inside puncak alam... buying daily necessary items still gt tesco econsave speedmart those i believe...
