THe pitfall would be... how much to charge per entry? RM20? If he goes 10 times a month baru RM200.....

THat would mean they have to get every household to go 10x a month....

Also RM20 is alot liao... ppl might not wanna pay... end up ppl dont go.. no maintenance... things started fallign apart.. then even less ppl go... so...

If I were them I whould work out few packages and this should include annual subscription (benefits regular users) and pay per use.

Anyone actually know how was their 200ft central park will looks like? I am personally quite curious on this, as EW never provide any rendering as well as landscape information on this....

My queue number was quite behind (almost 600) but miraculously managed to get a Avenham type C thank goodness rclxm9.gif There were only 8 units left when it was my turn lol

Yeah indeed is average, but is really an encouraging figures, now homebuyers give them confident, and EW should rewards these homebuyers with their commitment and quality homes workmanship and landscaping....
