Hi everyone, Looking at the sold units during the launch date just make me wonder why the pattern of choosing the units is more toward the community hall rather than the other side. Any opinion on this?? Why the other side ignored by the buyers?

Sorry if my question a bit silly smile.gif

If you dont mind to reveal, which type you buy and near to where?
*
Actually i got good queue number below 50.. But couldnt make up my mind whether Avenham type C or Graham.. End up i choose Graham which i regretted my decision..haha.. My unit toward the right side (near to the empty land for future development) and people all gather at the left side which closer to the community hall.. I always thinks it will be noisy in the future so i choose differently but seem like Im the only one with that kind of thought..Lol

I think your Graham type C is it will be near to the future apartment development there?

I think most peoples are preferred near to the central park, instead of community halls, as due to it is within shorter walking distance compare to the right corner side I assume...
*
Im in type D actually ...lol..

due to individual preference actually... the future development is the uncertainty here... if there are apartment thr... then it will be same crowded as the other side... ppl look for something that is more secured maybe...  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif
*
OIC.. Now i understand..Anyway, This it what they promised as future development.

Graham type D has biggest balcony among Avenham&Graham type.
Nice bro!  thumbsup.gif
*
Ya, the balcony is bigger.. Dont know whether the designer found it acceptable to get rid of the balcony or eor extended the room until end.. Cz the balcony is not at master bedroom..

Looking at the information of the sold units, type D not doing so well than Type C and others. But avenham is really doing well

If I manage to get such good queue no, definitely sure go for Avenham type C.
As you can see on EG master plan, right side of Graham is school, community center and mini stadium.

Ya.. Regretted already just after signed the S&P bruce.gif bruce.gif

I asked a few SA. They confirm can extend the bedroom to cover all balcony area. Condition is window design and painting need follow back the original.

since you are upgrade to more expensive type, you may ask sales manager to change your unit. SA sometime cannot make decision.
*
Already texted my SA.. Hope they will reply me soon.. haha.. always uncertain when it come to decision.. Neway..thnx.. hope they can allow me to rechoose.. But then, of course, good unit all sold already..

Wah this time really drop my teeth la.....I expect Graham will be in fire sales, and Avenham will be slow in sales, but seems like Avenham doing quite well....

Should be 70%-80% take up rate for Avenham.....

Really salute power of EW man....
*
Indeed.. I was shocked as well.. Neway, which unit u bought??
