QUOTE(aaron1717 @ Sep 27 2016, 11:33 AM) lol... EG at least 10 mins from jelutong right.... we are right behind you anyway... haha... nearby jelutong gt anything nice to eat? Yeah a short drive to Glenmarie industrial area will get you plenty of good eats. There's a nice curry noodle place called MC Curry House (among other hawkers and non-halal eateries) just 10 minutes away from Bukit Jelutong |

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Sep 27 2016, 12:29 PM) you are asking a subjective question....therefore you should expect a subjective answer. My question was not subjective, the importance of the question was. Anyway, I don't know what is the sentiment of the active forumers hence, my question. But I do agree with you on the point about having fan base/support group who would support developers and buy ahead. But based on what I hear and so far the comments in the forum...I feel that its 50/50.... only time will tell I supposeactive forumers here are not buying for ownstay....they are either already bought or buy for investment or just blow water like me. nobody will tell you they buy for investment or flip, at least not all the investors. even thought bought today for ownstay.....might not be moving in after 3 years. also with so called 'reputable developers", generally they will have strong support groups and fansi that follow them around. if I have to pick a figure off air, it will be around 30/40 ownstay 70/60 investors. |

QUOTE(samkps @ Sep 26 2016, 09:56 PM) Palmwalker gor, you cannot find unbilled sales in the 2013 financial statement is because it is not captured in the financial spreadsheet. This is because in 2013, the total sales is much larger than revenue recorded. Spoke to my Accountant today, he said unbilled sales will not be reflected in financial statementsHowever, if you refer to 2015 financial statement, the sales is much lower than the revenue, and hence the revenue is the sum of total sales + unbilled sales. How to recognize the unbilled sales to be included in the financial statement? Look at the Current Asset - Accrued Billing section. You will notice a jump if compare to previous year. The formula is as follows: Unbilled sale = total sales generated by SPA signed - total revenue Total revenue= Billed sales + accrued billing (mean unbilled portion) Accrued billing (current asset) = Revenue - Billing , when billing less than revenue recognised based on stages of completion method Progress billing (current liabilities) = Billing - Revenue, when billing more than revenue recognised based on stages completion method At last solve my puzzle This post has been edited by Palmwalker001: Sep 27 2016, 02:55 PM |
