i just verified my paypal account. but it said it will credited USD1.95 into my account. already been 3 weeks but still haven't got my balance on my paypal. can anyone explain why?

if not mistaken.. paypal will only credit back the USD1.95 if u made ur first purchase using paypal...

correct me if i'm wrong..

they don't credit back the USD1.95 asap either...mine took about 2 weeks i think...

can anyone recomend me to someone who sells paypal fund around 3.20-+ . i need to buy around 164usd or 80 pounds. most of them sell 3.20 below are newbie. scared lol. if newbie i prefer that can COD subang area.

That happened to me... the USD1.95 didnt pop up until I made my first purchase via paypal

that sometimes do happened. Either they suspect you doing some illegal stuff or buyer/seller fail a dispute on you. Can't do anything cos everything already stated in terms and condition. So i advise those who have paypal do not left too much balance in it. smile.gif
