hmm thanks for the reply, but i sold online stuff, well stuff in a game so there is no shipping involved.
Today they have decided i've lost the case for some reason and my account is now negative in balance
would you happen to know if the worst case scenario is getting blacklisted or they could take things one step further and stuff like that.
I have been looking up online and some people from other countries claim they send debt collectors after them and stuff like that.
Thanks for the help guys

You can try appeal the case and with supported documents such as your conversation list with that person, etc. Usually you will win the case if you are able to convince Paypal staff into it.

They will get you blacklisted, but I don't think they will take legal action if the amount is low. But it's better to avoid all these. Paypal has a big network, so if you got blacklisted, you may be blacklisted from their affiliates company as well.

Try to find ways to solve it instead of avoiding it.

It will direct debit from your debit card. You can top up using MOL prepaid card sold at 7-eleven also

thanks dude! now I understand  notworthy.gif

Just a noob question here.. I was just wondering whether we are able to use the debit card purchased in 7-Eleven for paypal transaction?

Furthermore, do we need the debit card to have our name on it for any paypal transaction?

Hope that any of the seniors here could enlighten this to me.

Thanks.

Nop, until you have settle the limitation only you're able to withdraw your money.
You may email them or see the resolution centre for more details.. And is it you got unsolved cases accumulating over time?

Sometimes they set the limitation when your transactions are high.. They would then request invoices and certain documents from you to settle the issue. You may call them up to solve it faster. With the limitation it's hard to do business online

Same with me limit cannot be appealed. Another word means banned forever and your funds would be stuck there for 180 days. If my assumption is right, you must have got too much resolution cases or warning in eBay before?

so last time what violations is it?
Actually do paypal allow us to do online transaction by selling online game item?
If I sell some online game item/online game/online card to someone, after they pay thru paypal, I trade the item to them, if later they dispute, I can do what to protect myself?
capture screen on all the chat and trading screen about it?

If you break their rules they will ban you. Last time I have multiple accounts, but didn't actually know they only allow one account. Ya if you sell online game item the only protection is save all conversation list to protect yourself.

Instead of asking them send over money directly to you, it's better to send them an invoice through paypal stating the description and the person's ID there so that in case of any dispute there is sufficient proof there already.

How do you get both verify?
It only allow 1 personal and 1 business account. That need 2 credit card.
You can put 2 different name and still get verify?
Actually I got a few personal paypal account which only 1 verify(with debit card) other is just non-verify.
Most of the earning will direct go in those non-verify cos those site always like to send spam.
I don't want my actual verify paypal account's email full of spam.
So I will transfer the funds from time to time to main account.
Hope that they can't find it.

If they found out and limit it, what document they want to recover back my account to normal?
At least can get back the verify account right?
