Just a noob question here.. I was just wondering whether we are able to use the debit card purchased in 7-Eleven for paypal transaction?

Furthermore, do we need the debit card to have our name on it for any paypal transaction?

Hope that any of the seniors here could enlighten this to me.

Any idea how the maxis paypal system works?
- What if there is a dispute...(eg: for transaction not done by yourself)?
