I linked my Maybank debit card to Paypal in which they charged and refunded MYR10 to my paypal account, so the balance is at MYR10. The thing is I can't withdraw this amount of money because minimum withdrawal is MYR40. Another problem is I can't top up the balance because it's only available for RHB bank. What can I do?

You doesn't need to top up since you link it to your card already. When you do any transaction it will deduct direct from your savings account.

Uhm, since I have rm10 in it, if I make a purchase of like RM150. Will it deduct the RM10 automaticly as well? Or will it go straight RM150 on my bank account?

But do make sure your transaction is Myr - Myr. If it's in MYR - USD/other currency then it wouldn't deduct your balance and straight deduct from your savings account.

i see.. Okay let's say I'm buying something from Yesasia.com and they quote me in USD but has a [MYR] currency parenthesis, how will it be charged?
I clicked on "pay by paypal", logged in and stuff and i end up in this page where I see
Payment methods
Payment Method
Credit/Debit Card :<deleted> RM158.83 MYR
PayPal Conversion Rate as of Oct 14, 2012: 1 Malaysian Ringgit = 0.314747 U.S. Dollars
Note: Payments can't be made in Malaysian Ringgit unless the seller and buyer are both located in Malaysia - you'll need to use a different currency with one of your other available payment methods for this transaction.

Is this right in MYR? Coz the note looks suspicious lol.

I don't think you can pay in MYR.. You can pay in USD where it will deduct from your savings account but not from the balance, since your balance is in MYR..

It's the bank problem. Don't use Cimb.. Has quite a number of Cimb debit card holders also having the same issue. You can refer back to the previous posts. Public bank and RHB is the easiest, Maybank need extra registration first before you can link it to Paypal. You may try with other bank cards as well

If you have already sent the goods then update the tracking status and wait for the case to close.
If you haven't send yet you are required to top up the amount to cover your negative balance, otherwise they will ban your account permanently and your name will be blacklisted.

hmm thanks for the reply, but i sold online stuff, well stuff in a game so there is no shipping involved.
Today they have decided i've lost the case for some reason and my account is now negative in balance
would you happen to know if the worst case scenario is getting blacklisted or they could take things one step further and stuff like that.
I have been looking up online and some people from other countries claim they send debt collectors after them and stuff like that.
Thanks for the help guys
