You can't do that.. The only way is to withdraw your balance to your bank account and top up again in USD. Make sure it's not in other currency or it will deduct from your CC again.

I just receive my new debit card.
Now I want to ask you all, in my paypal, do I need to remove the expire debit card first?
Then it will become limited right? Then only add the new one to re-verify? or I can just simply add in the new debit card(which is same number as old one) then ignore the old one in paypal / remove it after add the new one?

yup, it is old one to new one, same number except last 3 digit.
So after remove the old then add the new one, it will need to re verify right?
Thanks.

ok thanks.
Just found out that, actually we no need to remove the old card. In paypal, Add/Edit Credit Card, we can choose "edit" then just update to latest expire date and the new last 3 digit number.

i think topup is available for RHB bank customer only, but if u already link your debit or credit card with your paypal then i think no need to top up anymore..because paypal will deduct the amount straight away from your card..currency will be automatically converted
