I linked my Maybank debit card to Paypal in which they charged and refunded MYR10 to my paypal account, so the balance is at MYR10. The thing is I can't withdraw this amount of money because minimum withdrawal is MYR40. Another problem is I can't top up the balance because it's only available for RHB bank. What can I do?

You doesn't need to top up since you link it to your card already. When you do any transaction it will deduct direct from your savings account.

Uhm, since I have rm10 in it, if I make a purchase of like RM150. Will it deduct the RM10 automaticly as well? Or will it go straight RM150 on my bank account?

But do make sure your transaction is Myr - Myr. If it's in MYR - USD/other currency then it wouldn't deduct your balance and straight deduct from your savings account.

i see.. Okay let's say I'm buying something from Yesasia.com and they quote me in USD but has a [MYR] currency parenthesis, how will it be charged?
I clicked on "pay by paypal", logged in and stuff and i end up in this page where I see
Payment methods
Payment Method
Credit/Debit Card :<deleted> RM158.83 MYR
PayPal Conversion Rate as of Oct 14, 2012: 1 Malaysian Ringgit = 0.314747 U.S. Dollars
Note: Payments can't be made in Malaysian Ringgit unless the seller and buyer are both located in Malaysia - you'll need to use a different currency with one of your other available payment methods for this transaction.

Is this right in MYR? Coz the note looks suspicious lol.
