I think someone had send the funds wrongly to you and now he/she issue a refund? so paypal limit it?
or paypal consider you doing some activities that not allow (such as selling paypal fund to other....)
You better message paypal support to get know what is it and provide proof for them if ask so.

Best things to do, call paypal regarding your account limited access. You maybe need to change the password and security question first, then give them a call. They will ask some question to verify account ownership, and they will restore your access within 1 minute. After that, login to your account and refund the $500.

I've some problem here. I just tried to top up my paypal account. And I did all the insutruction, the fund is from my CIMB clicks saving account. But until now, my paypal account amount is still the same.

However, the transaction status in this "secure online payment" page showed Approved. And the merchant name is RHB OB Paypal.

They have already deducted my money in my saving account

Call RHB and ask them for a refund which usually takes within 1 or 2 week. This case always happen till now .

I simply pressed until there's a place where there are this two option "Accept" and "Deny". And I clicked denied as I've figured out how to pay the ebay seller using my mastercard. And after I pressed deny, my saving account is still the same. It's something to do with RHB bank as well? I've written them an e-mail.

I need help.my friend want to send money to seller in indonesia but cannot use paypal balance as payment method. the balance is sufficient to perform the transaction.any idea? currently the payment method is set to credit/debit card, cannot change to paypal balance

1st make sure your paypal balance is either in Usd or the currency u want to transfer. If your balance is MYR, u can only transfer to him in MYR only, but not in RUpiah or other currency.

I think his balance is in MYR. So how to change the balance to USD? he wants to pay the seller in USD

There's no way you could change. Only USD can be used to change into any currency you want. So have to withdraw it out because MYR basically is useless in Paypal.

Yup you can withdraw the funds and top up in USD. But try to use only RHB if you want to top up, try not to top up using other local banks as there are many cases that the funds gone missing due to unstable top up function.

If it's the missing top up funds then you are not the only victim here. Contact Paypal and RHB and you'll get back the funds in 1 or 2 weeks time.
