Btw, take premier if you're gonna be buying a lot of paypal. Personal maybe cheaper but premiers is 'allowed' to accept large amounts of payments, personal may be frozen

yes. premier charge when you receive payment from others.

example if I receive USD179. Im only receiveing USD172.11 . USD6.80 deducted as fee to Paypal.

i saw some malaysian online biz site that using paypal as their main payment method.. and they also been writing some book for the guide, been trying to get my hand on the book rite now

Do remember to sign up as a Singaporean paypal member or else you can't add Singaporean Banks to your paypal account. Currently using HSBC Singapore

A few years back, Msia/Indo considered 2 of the worst credit card scammers in the world, always order product and cancel payment.. not to mention 'stolen' credit cards like cashiers etc etc

Also, a significant percentage of script kiddie attacks also originate from Msia which leads to msia being blacklisted by some merchants and paypal. A prime example now would be silenceisdefeat.org ( a free shell service) who has totally blocked of Malaysian IPs sad.gif
