Hey mates, newbie on this i want to ask something that's let say if i own a PB Visa Electron and i want to use it subscribe something but i found below answer on their Q&A.

Q: Which payment methods are available?
A: Most VISA debit and credit cards should work. However VISA Electron and Maestro Card is not accpeted. We also offer payment by PayPal.

So can i still able deal with it, also if i signup at PayPal which account should i choose Personal Account or Premier Account, anyway i'm just use it to online buying not selling.

Having question on PB Debit Card, if i not mistake first year annual fee RM24 is free right how about the following years also did it have monthly fees/hidden charge? Can we take back the RM25 deposit if i cancel it?

Which means by following years we just have to pay one time that's RM24 annual fee for the whole year right and it didn't have monthly charge like NexG right? Also when i go register did i need to pay any fees and can i cancel it within 1 year? Just want to make a confirmation before register, thanks melz84.
