tune2big cannot verify or add in paypal already? I have tried 3 times. It says my 3 numbers in the back are invalid.

Now giving me this error, "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. "

So tune2big cannot use already? I am first time user of tune2big. I have heard many people said it can be used for paypal but why I can't?

Hey guys, I have linked my debit card to my Paypal, and used it several times to buy stuffs overseas. Usually its relatively simple, add item to cart and just checkout with Paypal.

However, now I want to buy some stuffs from a guy who does not own a website. He said he accepts Paypal, but I have no idea how to send money/pay him using paypal. Under the "send payment" tab in Paypal, what info of his do I need? His email/phone number(because he just mentioned to pay using Paypal without providing me any details)?

Also will he be charged if I paid him using this method? He mentioned Paypal charges him 45USD fees but my item actually costs ~60USD only.

I did a transaction with someone from US and now I have USD in my acccount.

How do I cash out the USD to become RM? Paypal will use their conversion rate?

I have linked my Maybank debit card to it. So do I just debit those USD in to my debit card?

bcos he should NOT as you additional USD45 for a USD60 payment. that's too much in fact. would you like to pay extra RM130-150 bucks for the item you are buying?

Lets just say, for future reference, if I proceed with the payment, what details do I actually need from the seller to direct the payment to him/her?
usually as a seller,  paypal will definitely have tools to create invoice (if he has a business/premier account), personal accounts can send a request for money, just need to pay via the request.

of if you wanna send payment to anyone, you just need their paypal email address. and if not mistaken for certain payment, the "money" sender can choose to absorb the charges or the recipient pay.

No, actually he did not ask me for 45USD, he just said don't transfer yet because the fees is high. Maybe there's some miscommunication because as you said the fee is not that high.

May I ask what is the buyer protection? I vaguely remember reading that if I don't receive my item within 30 days or so I should raise a dispute in paypal, Then after another certain period if still not settle with buyer I can escalate to a refund, right?

why so weird, when i google search 160usd to myr = Rm 500 but when i try converting using paypal.. it says 160usd equal to RM518.44 its like Rm 20 more, so basically paypal is charging extra ?

yes, you need to add your card (debit or credit) under your bank account. also make sure your paypal username same as in your bank account. for example if your bank account name is David Anderson then your paypal name must be same as in your bank account. otherwise your cannot withdraw fund that paid into your paypal account to your bank account. I've this experience too, first time when sign-up with paypal I use a nick name, then linked my card & my bank account. when someone from overseas buying & pay my item via paypal, one day when I try to withdraw the payment into my bank account, it cannot complete the task, instead returned with an error. then I report this problem to the paypal customer service center, and then in 2 days, they've called me, asking if anything they could help to fix this problem. with details explanation, finally I know it caused by my username that I signed in.

Those US people's paypal account still can send/receive personal payment? Only Malaysia paypal cannot send/receive personal payment anymore?
So now we should upgrade to business or premium account as personal account no more benefit at all. (Last time personal payment no fee, business account cannot receive money without the fee, now every type of account also need to pay the fee when receiving money.)
