Wah US account when sending personal payment, it only charge $0.01 fee. (sending amount is about US2)
The paypal prevent Malaysian to send personal payment but ppl still can use goods, service to send it, just need to pay the fee to paypal, they still cannot block ppl from selling the funds.

Dear all, need to get advice on your experience. Currently im selling my ipad in Mudah and got 1 guy from Nigeria offer me that. Very fast we close the deal and he immediately pay the payment through Paypal to my Public Bank Account but the payment are still on hold under Paypal until i able to provide Tracking Number.

So my question is, will the guys cancel off his payment once received the tracking number?

It's very obvious it's a scam if it doesn't shows up in your paypal but shows up in your email instead

I had the same problem. I verified 2 cards. So, I have MYR20.00 in my paypal balance. Cannot use it to pay item i want to buy in ebay. But good to know that there is a way i can use the balance. I thought the money is burn already.

i can withdraw the balance into a bank account with rm3 fee or withdraw to a debit card with rm20 fee.

I want to ask if now I send money to someone, how much fee will deducted from this payment when reach is hand?

yes you r correct, i guess its true that sometimes paypal rate is extremely higher than the local bank rates as just now i was paying usd 235 and the total shows in RM is 777 where it calculates 1 USD = 3.3 MYR
cimb forex is 1 USD = 3.2 MYR. supposedly usd 235 = RM 753 and i ended up paying more RM 24 hehe
maybe next time i'll choose the option "to use local bank rates" but the problem with this option is that it does not show the rate it exchange, it will only show on the bank statement after transaction is done

I have Paypal account balance USD260 topped up via RHB bank and I intended to use it to pay an invoice from US.

The problem is when I click to pay using paypal balance method, it give this error

"This recipient does not accept payments denominated in MYR. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency."

I wonder what is this happened and how to rectify it ?

Currently there is no different between personal and premier account right? Last time personal is no fee when received/send payment, while premier got fee right? Now personal also got fee so no point to keep personal account and should go for premier account right?
