I notice something different here.

Did paypal waived away the 1% transaction fees if you transfer from your malaysian paypal account to a non malaysian paypal account?
I transfer twice today and both times no fees were charges on both the sender or the receiver side.

maybank visa debit card? u get it through open the maybank account...debit card no any charges except low annual fee. So far i know the public bank and maybank debit card can verify paypal...

I got maybank.. Didnt apply card only.. Debit card with debit visa card is the same card? How much is the annual fee? XD

i apply maybank saving account then straight get the visa debit card (not apply basic saving account)...visa debit card can be use internationally, means you can use at other country too as long as they accept visa card. Annual fee for maybank visa debit card is free, you can refer to below website...while for other bank u need to check for their website too.

Thanks for the info.. The limit i can set rite.. What i buy online will deducted straight from my saving balance rite? If my saving 500 max i can use online is 500 and cant over it like 600will fail rite?

i guess so, u can set the limit at the maybank ATM. I nvr use maybank debit card pay through paypal before. I think u need put a minumum balance inside your maybank account and cannot equal to zero balance.

what about the add Malaysia's local bank account works?
do i still need to verified my paypal?
currently i dont have any CC or DC n i dont think to get 1 atm.

if your acc unverified u still can recieve and send money but have their limit..
if u have verified pp acc u can recieve and send money with unlimited..
adding Malaysia's local bank account will works but just for withdraw your money from paypal to your bank
not adding fund from your bank to pp..
u can buy Vcc from vcc reseller...

Vcc is a Virtual Credit Cards.
when u buy a vcc u will get
16 digit Visa/MasterCard Credit Card Number
Card expiry date
Card Verification Value (CVV)
you will not get the real plastic card..

Vcc like Debit card..

Why people buy paypal(money?) from another person? I know maybe somehow theres process fee involve thru currency exchange from our bank/cash to paypal, (withdrawing is another case) or something but I just can't really figure out the whole case.

28 nov - preauth means paypal trying to authorize ur account whether u have suifficent money to pay those item
2 dec - they charge ur debit card (money out) and they reversed the preauth before (money in)

I just found this on other thread...is it true that withdraw through bank account will get charge 2.5% ? So if withdraw USD500 to bank account then will only get USD487.50 ?

Hi everyone, just a simple question here. FYI, maybank visa debit has a daily purchase limit where you can change the limit in any ATM machine, I would like to know if that limit also apply to your ebay purchases?

lets say im buying smth on ebay thats worth 100usd but my debit card limit is only 200rm. will the transaction get thru or will i have to change the limit in order to proceed?
