Yo friends... i am just so curious why the exchange rate for MYR to USD in Paypal is so low?
It is like 10sen different now.... i guess i wont be doing much adding and withdrawing fund if the rate is such a big difference. |

I want to add fund into my Paypal by using my CC, so is there any additional charges frm the CC issue bank itself?
