Is it a standard for EW that they can't complete their defects rectification works after nearly 6 months? Anyone here in ES faces the same issue?

Countless of calls and visits had been made to their Residence Club is ES, but they can't even give a straight answer.

6 months?

Tropicana Aman havent even started defect rectification after 6 months... need wait until owner invoke S&P clause to carry out defect by their own and backcharge Tropicana baru they come meeting and want to discuss...

Based on the people sharing here, IJM is doing better very much better than other developer.

Sanctuary , twenty5.7 = merc, bmw
Tropicana = honda, toyota
IJM = proton

Cannot be IJM is better right? Sure conti car better service. 😂😂

Rich doesn't mean you have to spend all in Bangalow
Poor also can take full loan to buy. It is just about preferences. Because some people get offensive when i shared these. 😂

Nothing offensive but again after sales service play important role too. Buy things to impress people ended up regret also no good.
