Yes the land bigger land between parque and sencilia belong to tropicana but there is still small land within parque compound that currently not developed.

From master plan, the ah moi mentioned it will be co-home.

so i understand that it has another round of re-structure ongoing now.

The first time I went, there is actually is model for it. Quite luxurious, 3 floor building. 2 unit with 2 floor, then the 3rd floor is 1 unit span across whole building.

The second time I went there a year later, that model is gone.

KK = Never heard settlement.
Canal City (Rimbayu/Eco/Trop) = Heard various degree of settlement

DOnt wanna go into this in detail, there are various post on this on the RImbayu/Aman/Eco thread look them up

Yes, not the same area but I think the 'future' and 'happening area' is Eco Sanctuary/Rimbayu/Tropicana.

Actually no, I think you misunderstood me. At the AGM EcoWorld informed the Parque residents what their plans for the plot of Artezza land were. Residents are just along for the ride at this point

Should just stick with double or triple storey landed.
Highrise here not really that laku (sales not good) if Ecoworld want to slap a premium price to it.
People come here to buy landed e.g upgrade their house to bigger and better house plan.
If want to buy premium highrise , plenty available nearer to KL city. whistling.gif

Over here, the air is still fresh and density is still low.

The air is not good either when it has regular combustion also proximity to Klang.
