Well....I told you earlier my Hengdai and Cheemui will check out and check in this area, right?
They are all slowly discovering and moving here.
Now with the new Quayside mall open in addition to the ES mall, it is not as Sangkala/remote anymore.   (at least for me)

Due to Covid, many of my HK friends are reconsidering their condo lifestyle in KL/DPC/MK.
Nothing beats the safety and convenience of parking our cars in front of our landed home and not having to carry our groceries from condo car park->lifts-> home.

The 257 traffic light is the actual boundary between Shah Alam and Kuala Langat. Now sure how easy for them to get budget to built anythign there. But a flyover would be very very helpful (but we know its next to impossible seeing as how KK flyover promised for near 20 years nothing happen).

SO the next best thing would be to convert the traffic light to a big 3 lane roundabout, somehting like the current expanded KK roundabout. THat might ease things slightly.

Another better way to solve is to complete the WCE link at the Western part of Canal City.

I got put off by eco sanctuary staff. 1st time I go on weekend, the girl say she usually at back office, just come help during weekend. Can't answer most of our question, then she let another guy, I believe is the proper sales agent to serve us.

second time I wend there with parents, that guy saw us but he continue chatting with colleague at the side, and one part-timer came and serve us without proper knowledge as well.

Ok la your property very hot selling, we're not your target audience.

Went to Eco Ardence, slightly better but also serve by part-timer.

Got better experience from Eco Majestic and Forest. The SA took the initiative to invite us and view the show unit, and they show us around the show unit where as for Eco Sanctuary, they just ask us go view ourselves.

Eco Sanctuary: Spacious and less cramped, upmarket

TA, Rimbayu, 257: Cramped and old school
