Hi does anybody know what is going to be built on the commercial plot of land right below Sinaria shoplots. Will it be more shoplots? Or high rise office buildings?
I have asked the same questions too previously. Tropicana Sales agent told me that the current/existing plan is to build high-grade commercial shops. Something similar to what they depict on the fourth photo on the main Tropicana Aman website. http://www.tropicanaaman.com.my/index.php They will not launch this commercial plot until this area becomes more mature. Their next launch is landed property/villa Freesia.
Look nice? Maybe the will/can build something like Setia walk Puchong shops with fountain etc or Oasis Square at Ara Damansara ? Hahaha
Wow would be great if they really build high end commercial lots like in the pictures. Just bought a unit in the Parque Residence so it would make things convenient cause I can just walk over to get a meal. Only issue is that it would be difficult to cross the road cause it's a 3 lane road on each side. Hope the developer would consider building a dedicated zebra crossing with traffic lights.
Congrats on your Parque residence purchase. U can cross the street by walking or bicycling along the pathway along the river joining TA east lake and TA west lake - under the bridge of the 3-6 lanes road.. https://goo.gl/maps/UAXLF5uypjUFjikH7 There are also multiple river pedestrian bridges along the river pathway for people to cross the river from one side to the other side of the river.
Congrats on your purchase Parque. I guess walking in the evening is ok but during the day will be very hot. Eco Sanctuary is cycling friendly. Maybe a electric scooter would do the job?
Yea this area is bicycle-friendly. Many bicycle and walking paths along the 7km trails/paths on the 85 acres Central park (between TA East Lake and TA West Lake) For those more adventurous, a bicycling trip to Morib beach or Jenjarom etc can be done in half a day (2-3 hours) Eg.
Surprised that this happened to a well guarded area like ES.
Tough economic times bro. People go hungry, thieves also very hungry. Recently my in-laws place at Cheras and my friend's place in PJ already have a few cases of snatch thief also. The best is for everyone to be diligent and always be aware of their surroundings.
Not only that. The surrounding neighbourhoods/townships near Alam Impian and its entrance roads etc has a known history of banjir too. Good Luck with his so call freehold Alam Impian on weathering global climate change in the future.
This area is in high demand now. This area still has lots of room for future development. What I like is the more upmarket feel compared to nearby township which is already old and feels a bit cramped.
The first time I went, there is actually is model for it. Quite luxurious, 3 floor building. 2 unit with 2 floor, then the 3rd floor is 1 unit span across whole building.
The second time I went there a year later, that model is gone.
That concept is no more, based on the Parque recent AGM, they are considering either of the following
1) 3 blocks of high rise 2) 1 block of high rise rest are double/triple storey houses 3) all double/triple storey
But we will not know till later on as they said the process takes 8 months for approval
Should just stick with double or triple storey landed. Highrise here not really that laku (sales not good) if Ecoworld want to slap a premium price to it. People come here to buy landed e.g upgrade their house to bigger and better house plan. If want to buy premium highrise , plenty available nearer to KL city.
