ya thats rough considering Terraza is a terrace...

But they do come with a club house/swimming pool within the compound, so the maintenance partly goes there

WahBiang You know Eco is selling with "premium" pricing, you fell in love with Eco and die die must buy theirs or you liek the area? If you liek the area look at Rimbayu, Tropicana Aman, and G257 as well lor. (Mind you Gamuda's price is almost as "high class" as Eco).

EW sales staff told me is around 900k. But I believe is before rebate. It will official launch by end of the year

Actually where is the location of this new garden home? i though Grandezza is the last phase of landed at ES?

Not much land for EW at canal city. They only own a very small portions of land at canal city. I think is around 10%.

Their staff said indicative is 900k, same price for all layouts maybe... But 24x60 for 900k, wouldn't it be pricey??

You are well aware Eco is a premium priced product. So it shouldn't come as a surprised to you.

What standard are you basing on when you say it's expensive?

Neighbour Arahsia 730k?? I think they r launching 20x60 soon too, hearsay priced below 700k... Hearsay only

Arahsia was launched like 4~5 years ago, hardly comparable price wise.

Next phase from Tropicana is Elemen, 26x80 siperlink. Not small. Price 1m+

Soli, shud be 20x65, 700k range... 26x80 is launched ady, this 20x65 is next one, but not so fast yet...
