Do u know what that white block is in between Sencilia and Parque/Artezza?

If u are refering to the southern part of westlake,
From TA master plan, it seems to be a big football field, a playground, 7 km walking trail etc.

It's just next to the West coast expressway (WCE) entry/exit into Canal city.
When completed , folks can use WCE - Kesas, WCE - Federal highway, WCE- SKVE - MEX to head to KL.

Wah, If Sencilia at 24' X 60' is price at 900k.
Might as well add 100k and get a TA Elemen just across the canal/river. Elemen plan attached.
Those are 26' x 80' pricing starting at 1mill.
More value for your money.

Yes. WCE is from Perak(Taiping) to Selangor (Banting).
Its an alternative to Elite highway for Klang Valley folks.
When completed, Klang Valley folks can use WCE to go North-South direction with interchanges at SKVE, Kesas, Federal highway, NKVE.

Strata. Most/All new launches here e.g.ES, TA, Gamuda 257,BR here are Strata.
You may be able to find individual title in older phases of Bandar Rimbayu.

The whole canal city, only Rimbayu have individual title... however, those individual title linked, especially phase 1,2,3,4 is on par with some strata house.

I have a friend who bought a unit there.. its been 3~4 yrs since VP and he still cannot move into his house...

This location most people are looking for landed. If someone wants condo , it make more sense to buy nearer to KL city.
