Last weekend I saw the Star Property fair in Sunway Pyramid still promoting this "Hope" package.

But I highly doubt it will be a nett 30% off, shoudl be 101 Terms & Condition inside.

WahBiang You know Eco is selling with "premium" pricing, you fell in love with Eco and die die must buy theirs or you liek the area? If you liek the area look at Rimbayu, Tropicana Aman, and G257 as well lor. (Mind you Gamuda's price is almost as "high class" as Eco).

I'm paying around 13 cents per sqft for Tropicana Aman, Eco's is higher.

As for whether it will rise, that will depend alot on the RA/MB.

I like the landacape but maybe not the quality.. Tropicana is kinda be cheaper...

Then try looking elsewhere.. buying a house is a big investment, no point compromising.

Relative living in Terraza pays roughly RM750/month for the maintenance fee. Not sure about how much per square feet thou.
