Really?? I just asked them, they say 10% only for eco sanctuary... 1.3mil...

Currently dont have in Canal City. Chinese pasar i assume buying stuff like pork etc, nearest I know would be KK. Not sure about BSP there though.

Ofcouese Eco And Tropicana also jointly developed a lake park between them. That place should be very popular once ppl move in (like the KK park) but currently it's more like rempit pitstop...
