The 24 feet is only the living hall, even master bedroom upstair is not 24 feet, just 19 feet.

No wonder only 1,700sf. No maid room, no family area. Better stay in a condo in central location. This location already consider suburb, at least give people a decent size.

They do 5 feet side land at dining area to the back. That means only living hall is linked to next unit.

Imagine the 5 feet land taken, plus another 5 feet staircase, your dining area only left with 14 feet...
