I think if you want to get sp which fit the phone completely and slighly more expensive, the best bet would still be clear coat.

The film itself is not that rubbery based on my personal point of view.

I forgot to ask about the coverage. Does it cover fully?

It is full coverage but the side can't seem to stick.

Boot Loop Issue[U]

My previous thread from V4.

So I did sent to SC Kota Bharu for 1 to 1 replacement, so after 4 days they called me back to get the new set(imei number checked, its different set). Just took the phone last 30 minutes.

So the summary is below :-

i) Just got the item now, the Firmware is the old one. I will update it and feedback later. Need to test it for minimum 2 days.

ii) SC told to get the new receipt from the shop where we bought the phone. New receipt with new imei number.

iii) SPen works like charm (for those who wonder)


Will feedback again for those who has similar problem with me.

I noticed that the micro usb cable that comes with travel adapter does not fast charging.

If use the type c cable with travel adapter, fast charging is back on. So is it that micro usb cable doesn't do fast charging for note 7?

Just switched mine from clear to matte, to be honest, the difference isn't that big. Obvious when the background is white color.

Currently using UAG casing, maybe because i was rushing to use the casing, the side there didn't attach nicely and attracted a lot of dust after i put into my pocket.

However, the corners are all fine no major lift up issue (only a slight lifting, just push it back will do)

Will go and redo the coating few days later, will update again

my phone just died, 5th aug, viet, stucked at hsbc app from 2.22pm till now with 100% brightness, i cant even turn it off, anyone have ideas to make it at least to turn off? i gonna rush to sunway pyramid service center from klang now.

press and hold volume down + power button.
it should auto restart it.
it acts as removing the battery.
