Placed 10k for 12 months but not sure if it's qualified for the promo or not as it's not shown in the summary page  hmm.gif

As mentioned by another forumer and myself, can check via M2U:

Account & Banking > Fixed Deposits & Mudarabah IA > View my accounts > General Investment Account-i (GIA-i) > check the cert with 12 months, it will show the % with exclamation mark

i want to highlight some not so professional practice of GIA:

1. no clearly printed document name specifically. (at least put investment cert or FD)

2. no clearly printed promotion. (at least mention Campaign or normal GIA)

3. no clearly printed rates. (you dont even know how much the interest rate by looking at it)

without these, you don't have any legal rights over the bank.

The bank has the upper hand when it comes to dispute.

Ya, mine also the same. So it's confirmed that the promo is no more available even for the online placement.

According to my branch,
6 months promo rate still available
12 months promo rate not available

I did a placement for 12 months 2 days ago & also cannot see the rate so should be no promo rate, it seems quite confusing.
