mobile data and wifi on. when I am at wifi area, it cannot auto connect to wifi. still at mobile data. any setting I need to do?

try go to wifi settings..does it detects nearby wifi?

Noticed that Xiaomi devices seems like not compatible with D-Link routers..my Redmi Note 3 and my father Redmi Note 3G keep disconnected from Wifi and sometimes it wont connect automatically..

But other device which is not xiaomi no problem at all..

Using drink router too, 3 xiaomi device, all no problem

might be driver problem, best try to restore via EDL method..if anything else fail, send for warranty.

I also dont know why..sometimes sometimes 1..what router you using? I'm using TM provided DIR-850L..

Not sure why but the RN3 that I have can't seem to have Security Apps feature, I have been searching for quite some time and even Googled it.

Anyway, I think I will need to erase the whole phone and flash to a good ROM. The more I use it, the more frustrated I am. My sister made a mistake for not flashing it when first bought in Jan.

I was a flasholic during Samsung Note 2 days. Changed to custom firmware almost every 3 days. If those people are here, they will know me.

Anyway, I just checked first post and it seems my sister's unit is a Mediatek (hennessy) variant.

In the router settings:
Change the 2.4GHz Band to Channel 3, 6, or 10
and/or....
Change the 5GHz Band to Channel 40 and below....

my sis bought an import set with global rom for a friend..today only noticed the phone actually have problem with charging.. not sure if import set must use the charger given or the hardware really got problem.. even connecting it to a Laptop will not charge it

anyone with the same set has this issue before?

probably vendor rom. use edl method to clean flash.. makesure to backup internal storage data first.

redmi note 3 pro? if so, yes.. no problem. ap and ori set just differences in warranty, the rest are the same hardware
