wife look at the htc like its a ghost. we have decided to drop this property. its a decent value for money property the only downside is the htc 200m-300m away

yes, previously when i had issue i tried to call the numbers and none got pick up. End up i contact UEM and get it resolved, i advise u to check with UEM on your related matter

Bank islam can offer 100% loan + 10% mrtt+stamp duty+legal fee for every rumawip project..of course subject to our DSR..

Booking fees is 5k. However downpayment is 30k. So after paying the booking fees, still need to fork out additional 25k.

login to rumawip portal, if u see the status shows "Tawaran Unit" which means your next step is to wait for the unit balloting

However it says that "tuan/puan diminta berhubung terus dengan pihak pemaju dalam tempoh 30 hari dari surat makluman ini bagi urusan pengeluaran Surat Tawaran selanjutnya". BTW, do you know when is the next balloting?

it seems like they had changed the process somehow, in this case better give UEM a call and check with them what is the next step.

Not sure about the next ballot, haven't heard anything from them yet.

That segambut area is a bit crowded with narrow roads. You can see a lot of banglas, indos hanging around there.. But i see high end condos slowly begin to develop..

RM 300k for a 850 sq ft unit located in Mont Kiara / Segambut. I personally think this is the best Rumawip project so far. Cant see any reason not to buy. But I'm still waiting for Kementerian to approve my application, look forward to attend the ballot session.
