how they inform once approved? will they somehow contact you due to some missing information during form submission, etc?

They will inform you via rumawip web and your application will reject if incomplete doc and you need to submit relevant doc again but it definitely take longer time to process. If you really interested, make sure all doc is complete before submit, not make yourself trouble ..

Tidak Berjaya - Maaf, permohonan anda tidak berjaya. TIDAK LENGKAP - TIADA SALINAN PENYATA TERBARU KWSP PEMOHON DAN SURAT AKUAN SUMPAH TIADA PENGESAHAN DARI HAKIM MAHKAMAH SEKSYEN, MAJISTRET, ATAU PESURUHJAYA SUMPAH.

Eh need EPF statement ke? EPF statement needs to be from kiosk or the online version also can?

Also what's the pengesahan dari hakim mahkamah seksyen? Where can I do that?

Need to resubmit again?

You need to print the surat akuan sumpah and sign it before a Pesuruhjaya Sumpah (Commissioner for Oaths). Not difficult to find one.

They normally don't. Not sure if you need to resubmit all or just the documents mentioned.
