Just lodged report to MCMC. Not trying to be sarcastic but it's people like them why we can't compete with some other countries when we have even more resources then them. 20Mbps minimum speed in 2020? Shut up lah TM and stop talking BS. TM has just f**ked my day up and honestly I don't feel they are treating their loyal customers good by any means.

"Have you made a complaint to your Service Provider? Please make sure you have made a complaint to the Service Provider and 15 days has passed without resolution or unsatisfied resolution before lodge a complaint to CFM. " If I answer no, it will prompt to make compaint 1st. If I answer yes, It will ask for report no |
