Just lodged report to MCMC. Not trying to be sarcastic but it's people like them why we can't compete with some other countries when we have even more resources then them. 20Mbps minimum speed in 2020? Shut up lah TM and stop talking BS. TM has just f**ked my day up and honestly I don't feel they are treating their loyal customers good by any means.

Maybe or maybe not I'm making some progress in getting my area UniFi, complained to them about 4 times now and just now received call saying they have to discuss with their committee first bla bla bla, but if after discussion they do decide to give me UniFi then it's still a good thing, or else I will still be stucked with Streamyx.
