There is an image which i uploaded, and it did show the areas surrounding my taman has unifi. Remember to include your ic or hp when making your report, you can see your report being made in the mcmc website, but need the report id and ic/phone number to check. Gud luck.

The lowest price for 8mbps streamyx in this forum is rm58. Do i need to open again my complaint and trying to reduce from rm99 to rm58? Haha

It's not RM58.
It comes with RM30 HyppTV. So practically it's RM88.

Actually RM69 is for 1Mbps.

I made tons of complaints to MCMC, eventually TM gives me free upgrade to 4Mbps.

Reason: Dear MCMC,
Initial finding, TM Infrastructure service is not available at the moment and TM did not has any planning yet to expand this Infrastructure at customer area in near future.
In meantime, TM also done reducing monthly subscription price to RM99 (24months).Customer has been contacted and notified accordingly on XX XXXX 2019. Case is closed on XX XXXX 2019. Thank you

I think someone posted they got even lower than mine, so when they do call, you can try to ask for lower than rm99. I was a bit unprepared so i didnt ask. Good luck icon_rolleyes.gif

My complaint was resolved with the offer of RM88 for 4Mbps.
Going to file another complaint again to further reduce it.
