I subscribed for Streamyx back in June 2016 for 2mbps and only now I'm seeing their latest promo, dayumnnn!
Then, around July, I upgraded to 4mbps. Can I complain now to SKMM pressuring them to change my pricing to reflect the promo price? |

Just got my 4mbps upgraded to 8mbps @ RM140 per month after I complained to CFM as 'tidak adil'.

The TM's surprise shit for Streamyx customers is really confusing. If a particular customer is already subscribed to their 8mbps package and unlikely for Unifi fiber optic cable to be installed any sooner, I wonder to which 'package' they are going to upgrade that user to.
Perhaps a new Streamyx speed like 12mbps and/or 18mbps for rural areas? |
