Hi guys, I am looking for a new running shoe lately.
Tested asics kayano 24 and asics gt 2000 7
Feel really good, only to found out that it cost rm499+-

Previously was using decathlon rm45 shoe then upgrade to a better decathlon brand (around rm109) and now I am wearing a puma running shoe I got from sport direct sale

Looking to replace my current shoe later with a better one.
Might need a new shoe around July if based on my current mailage
Budget around rm250, I can go up to rm300 max

I hope someone here can recommend me some good budgeted running shoe. I dun mind ugly shoe, just need it for running.

Thanks guys

Hi everyone. I am an expat and now living in KLCC. I run at KLCC park occasionally and started running more often recently. I used to hit 6min/km when I run more but my pace is around 7min/km now.

Anyone here run at KLCC park in the evening or during Car Free KL in the morning?

No problem bro. Stop wearing those crappy shoes if you run a lot. Find proper shoe like this. Just be careful if you are heavy because those shoe are not really a cushion shoe. More for fast running but should be much better then your previous shoes

Ya I have joined the group but found out that all their schedule is like 6AM while I am a night owl. I have been trying to find someone who is about my level and train together at night. Anyway, I have just joined a paid running class at KLCC park. Probably I can make some new friends at that time.

I am overweight and weight around 93kg
Maybe that also a reason that my shoe spoil so fast

And I run slow, 7-8kmh

Should I choose heavy cushion shoe?

you can refer this FB page.

Brooks Warehouse Sale

For brooks, look for this model, Glycerin, Ghost, Adrenaline GTS, Ravenna

IMHO if u are serious in running, better to get reliable old model shoes than new cheap shoes.
