Skyawani 3 lelong at Rm230k, what is it so low? I have seen some lelong of rumawip, the price is higher than 300k

This is why rumahwips are not permanent homes. They are a temporary fix until you move up in life. The affordable nature can become unbearable after a while.

Well all rumahwips generally follow the same formula - high dense with limited facilities. Of course the one that really impacts your day to day living are the lifts or lack thereof.

Really pity those uninformed buyers, I heard some of the buyers were told by agents that there will be 6 lifts but end up 3 lifts, really suspicious as the number of lifts can be seen in the floor plan

3 lift for 200+ unit like residensi Enesta Kepong still okay... More than that we need another lift..

Probably the only shows the floor plan during the SPA signing and since rumahwip is the first time buyer doubt they can spot the lift location and number

Lelong unit sold yesterday.

From reserve price of 231K (cheapest ever in history).
Sold at 286K.

Good catch?
Definitely below launching price.
